Our local guides in Piedmont are experts in all things related to our destination. They are deeply knowledgeable with respect to local culture and customs, art and history, and are passionate about sharing that with all of us. They are our interpreter, local host and introduce us to the local way of life.

Giorgio Rapicavoli has won Chopped, is a two-time James Beard Award semifinalist, made Forbes’ “30 Under 30 List” and has been labeled 'Miami’s Hottest Chef.' Spending half his life in Italy’s Piedmont region, he’s long dreamed of showing his second home to the world. He has an unwavering commitment to the Slow Food motto: “Good, Clean, and Fair.” It’s literally tattooed on his arm in Italian.

We will meet and spend time with local artisans, chefs, winemakers, truffle hunters, cheesemakers and many more. All of our local experts are excited to help us learn more, experience more, and have the best possible experience together.
